Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, I now proudly call Sacramento, California home. Working with individuals experiencing all chapters of life - and celebrating wins big or small - is my passion.  

After earning my degree in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences from the University of Minnesota, I began my career as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Along the way, I discovered the immense impact of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and the power of assistive technology (AT) to support individuals with diverse communication styles, learning styles, and access needs. My experiences and the individuals that I meet continue to inspire me daily.

CERTIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Today, I am certified in Assistive Technology through California State University, Northridge and am a registered Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) through RESNA. Additionally, I maintain my SLPA license within the state of California. 

With more than 10 years of experience, I have had the privilege of partnering with families, educators, therapists, DME providers, and medical professionals across a variety of settings - including schools, homes, clinics, and healthcare environments.
